Una u otra. Las dos correctas, con un matiz distinto.

The little boy looks at his mentor too, keeping(standing?) near of him. He's ready forto jump in(at, creo, las prp. no son mi punto fuerte) any moment, but maybe he's a little distracted with the place and probably he forgets the sound which brings(brought) them here.

Me parece que te he visto escribir esta expresión en más de una ocasión. La forma correcta es without further ado.

Ado significa preocupación o dificultad, pero también "tiempo desperdiciado en detalles triviales". El Merriam Webster usa precisamente la expresión referenciada para ejemplificar esa segunda acepción.

Ocasionalmente, podéis encontraros con la variante without further adieu. Se trata de un eggcorn, y por tanto, es errónea.
