This is it. Either we get out of here tomorrow, or we don't get it at all...
The fucking blizzard is not helping, but fuck me backwards if we don't try. We have to fill up the remaining supplies and we are off for good.
But some strange news came from the main colony this morning through the radio. Apparently some kids seems to be sick or something. I handed over the walkie to Olivia so I don't know all the details. She will know what to do though. If the poor kid is helpless... well, is a tough world. But if someone can help him is definitely Olivia.

The strangers were taken care off... Seems things are starting to shine once again for us.
But not the sun. No no. That motherfucker seems to be a lazy bastard who doesn't want to get through those damn clouds. Yes, the blizzard's still kicking.
We are still trapped at the School.
Well, at least that will give us plenty of time to search out this place for good.

We have scavenged the school to its foundations. But it has been worth it. We've found more food. Enough to get us OUT OF HERE FOR GOOD.

They had been trapped on the warehouses for almost a day, due to the intense blizzard. And then the radio signal came in.
Apparently Gabriel had found additional food in the school. That was enough to make it. They had all the food they needed to leave that damned place and find a new home.
¡We made it, Brian! -he shouted to his friend, on watch on the other side of the building.
Suddenly, a zombie came crashing down some crates and approached him.
¡Not today, motherfucker! -he said while shooting the zombie with the revolver- ¡Ha ha!

Meanwhile, on the colony, Brandon was healing his wounds.
Bringing that kid inside was a total mistake, should've let him to rot outside...
Whatever, -he thought as he prepared the snow shoes he had hidden away long time ago- James contacted and said we were leaving. I don't think these band of deadweights will last for long without us.

The next morning, the blizzard was over. With the first rays of sun, the group of survivors gathered at the assigned meeting point. It was time to leave the Colony. Gabriel was the first to arrive, with Olivia. They had packed early, and for a moment Gabriel had thought about leaving his diary behind. But Olivia had convinced him there were still pages to write in their story.
Brian also found his way to the rendezvous point at the abandoned train tracks. They would follow these tracks to a new safe haven, a new colony. A new beginning. Sparky was keen on getting to run and move about after the last days of isolation due to the storm.
The last to arrive were James and Brandon. The survivors checked they had everything. Food supplies, weapons... Just the necessary stuff, everything else they had left behind.
There was no sign of Mike though. But they could wait any longer... It was time to face the dead of winter.
